  • Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days:
    • Within city limits: 2 days
    • Outer city limits: 2–4 days
  • Deliveries are made daily, excluding Sundays and UAE public holidays.
  • Delivery charges depend on your location and the items ordered. Charges will be shown at checkout.
  • Note: We do not deliver to free zones at this time.

  • Orders AED 200 and below: AED 15
  • Orders above AED 200: Free shipping (excluding vouchers)

Outer City Limits

Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee: AED 5 (non-refundable)

Bulk Orders

Shipping charges may vary for bulk orders depending on size and weight. Please contact our Customer Care at +971 [insert number] before placing a bulk order to confirm shipping fees. Orders will only be processed once you approve the charges.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.

Cancellation Policy

  • Contact our Customer Service team at +971 55221 6443 within 1 hour and during working hours to cancel.
  • After 1 hour, cancellations may not be accepted if the order is already processed. You may request a return instead.
  • Successful cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 10–45 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, if:

  • Items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • You have proof of purchase
  • A valid reason is provided

Non-Returnable Items & Invalid Return Reasons

We do not accept returns for:

  • Discounted or promotional items
  • Items without original tags, packaging, or invoice
  • Used, worn, washed, or altered items

Invalid reasons include:

  • Change of mind
  • Dislike of color, style, or fit (if item matches the description)
  • False or unsubstantiated damage claims

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these criteria.

Note:

  • Return shipping fees apply unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered, in which case we will cover the cost.
  • We do not offer exchanges. To get a different item, please place a new order after returning the original.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. If your claim is valid, we’ll offer one of the following:

  • A replacement
  • A full refund

Missing or Incomplete Orders

If you receive an incomplete order:

Refunds

  • For cancelled orders (paid online): Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–45 days.
  • For returned items: Refunds are initiated after we receive and inspect the item (processing takes 10–45 days, depending on your bank).
  • All refunds are processed only to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds are made via bank transfer. Accurate bank details must be provided.
  • COD and delivery fees are non-refundable.
